Upstream:

Redefining Mental Wellness Before the Crisis
Group Mental Health Coaching for Teens and Young Adults

Have you tried the conventional approach, medication and therapy, but are
still struggling?

Is the wait time for qualified care just too long, and do you want help now?

Are you desiring a more holistic approach that focuses on diet, lifestyle, and spiritual development?

Do you want to see more of a family-centered approach, creating opportunity for forgiveness and relational repair?

You're in the right place!

Upstream is a small group coaching experience for teens and young adults,
ranging from late teens - late 20s.

Together, we head upstream—addressing root causes early, avoiding unnecessary suffering, and learning to thrive with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.
This program is right for you if:
  • You're ready to understand yourself more deeply

  • You want to learn to better manage stress, anxiety, or overwhelm

  • You desire a more natural approach to addressing your mental health symptoms

  • Medications and talk therapy have helped some but you are still having a difficult time

  • You are open to learning about the needs of the body and adopting new diet and lifestyle habits

  • You want the support and comfort of others going through similar challenges

  • You want to strengthen your relationships and communication

  • You want to take proactive steps toward long-term health before deeper struggles take root

  • You want to build emotional resiliency and take responsibility for yourself and your reactions

  • You trust that God can and will guide you

What you will learn:
  • The impact of specific foods on our brains and bodies and how to craft a brain and gut healing menu and lifestyle

  • How disordered lifestyle areas like sleep, exercise, time in nature, screentime, creative expression, social media, loneliness, and others affect the brain and nervous system, and how to live in rhythm for better health outcomes

  • The role the microbiome, early life experiences, unique personalities, and chronic stress have on the brain, body, and nervous system, and how to influence them for better mental health

  • How sensitivities to things like certain foods, EMFs, chemicals, sensory overload, social situations, toxins, infections, and dysfunctional relationships (to list a few) can contribute to mental illness, and what you can do to heal

  • Most importantly, how to activate your faith and invite God to direct your steps

Hi, I’m Tracy. I’m deeply committed to supporting the physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being of families. I’ve dedicated my life first to nurturing my own family, and now to helping moms and their loved ones better understand themselves and each other—so they can thrive, reach their full potential, and enjoy strong, loving relationships.

Sometimes, working solely with moms leaves a gap in achieving the best outcome for the entire family. Mental health challenges never occur in isolation—every family member plays a role in the larger story. Each person’s growth and healing are interconnected, making the involvement of the whole family essential to reaching their full mental and relational health potential.

That’s why I created this group coaching experience for young adults—recognizing how challenging it can be to launch from the familiarity of family into a complex and demanding world. Lasting, whole-person health begins with learning how to reflect on our early life experiences, understand the beliefs that shape us, take ownership of our choices, and explore the role of God in our journey. This group creates space for those important, skill-building conversations.

Here's what one of my teenage clients had to say about working together

Tracy has helped me prepare for college over the past year or so. I do not know what I would’ve done without her. I have gone to several therapists, but none of them were able to help me the way Tracy did. Her holistic life coach approach works wonders. -A.J., teen

Here's what an 18y client had to say about his coaching experience...

I started seeing Tracy as a 17/18 year old in high school, and in reality the only reason I went at the time was to appease my mom. There's certainly a stigma about asking for help, especially as a male, but literally after the first meeting, it was relief. Relief of things I didn't even know I had to relieve of. Tracy has so much knowledge about the brain, the body, food, and supplementation and most importantly how everything is linked together. She has helped set me up for success in every aspect of life, relationships, college, work, mental and physical health. I've never met somebody with such an honestly kind heart and someone who can be so passionate about you as a human being. Joseph H.

FAQs

  • Do I have to attend live, or are there recordings?

    • I understand life can get busy! While joining live offers the most interactive experience, it's not always possible. That’s why each session is recorded, and you’ll receive a replay link to access for the duration of the program. Just please keep the recordings private, as they’re intended only for registered participants who have agreed to our privacy terms.

  • What types of mental health topics will you be covering?

    • Mainly, we will be addressing the many ways you can support anxiety and depression, but certainly, this information is applicable to other mental illnesses like ADHD, OCD, and other neuroinflammatory illnesses. Our primary focus throughout the program will be on integrating life and relationship skills, because these are the most important aspects of our lives.

  • Do you offer 1:1 sessions?

    • Yes! And, as a member of this group, you will have access to a bonus! For those registering for the group program PLUS three 1:1 sessions held over the duration of the course, you will receive 15% off! However, this is available only at the time of registration before the start of the program. See the terms listed in the Program Description section of this page.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    • This program is a life-long investment in your well-being, and I’m confident you’ll see its value quickly. In over 15 years of coaching, I’ve never had a client request a refund, as the benefits are felt almost immediately. Because of this, I do not offer refunds.

  • What if I want to join but am concerned about sharing publicly?

    • Your privacy is a top priority. Every participant agrees to clear confidentiality guidelines before the program begins, creating a safe and respectful space for everyone. You’ll only share if and when you feel comfortable, and there are always private options, like emailing me your questions or concerns ahead of each live session. Many participants find they open up more easily as trust builds, but you’ll never be pressured.
