What is
Health Coaching?

Health and Wellness Coaching is a collaborative effort to restore vibrant health by applying every dimension of self-care. Together, we inspire self-awareness, identify lifestyle challenges, define and set goals, develop strategies for eliminating destructive habits, and manifest healthy, sustainable behavioral changes that will yield your best life.

Health and Wellness Coaching takes you beyond where you'd normally stop or get stuck, closing the gap between where you are now and where you really want to be.

What Can I Expect?

Depending on the program you choose, we'll meet 2-4 times per month (in person or online) on the same day/time for 1-2 hours over the course of either 3, 6, or 12 months.

Initially, several assessments are taken to, in part, determine the top mental health-related issues you're struggling with.

A coaching plan is developed containing specific, values-centered, action-oriented goals that aid you in shedding old, unhelpful patterns and beliefs, making room for new, healthier habits and behaviors - all by tapping into your intrinsic strengths, desires, and abilities.
