Health and Wellness Coaching is a collaborative effort to restore a client’s vibrant health by applying every dimension of self-care. Together, we inspire self-awareness, identify lifestyle challenges, define and set goals, develop strategies for eliminating destructive habits, and manifest healthy, sustainable behavioral changes that will yield their best life.
Health and Wellness Coaching takes the client beyond where they'd normally stop or get stuck, closing the gap between where they are now and where they really want to be.
What Can I Expect?
Client and Coach meet twice per month on the same day/time for an hour over the course of either 3 or 6 months, depending on the Program the Client chooses.
Initially, several assessments are taken to, in part, determine the top 1-3 wellness-related issues the Client is struggling with.
A coaching plan is developed and contains specific action-oriented goals and aids the Client in shedding old, unhelpful patterns and beliefs, making room for new, healthier habits and behaviors - all by tapping into their intrinsic strengths, desires and abilities.
